Mr. Ali Mohamed Ali is an Egyptian Lawyer and a member of Egyptian Bar Association.

EDUCATION

He holds Bachelor of Laws degree from Tanta University, Egypt and he had begun his practicing law in the Egyptian courts as a lawyer and he moved to Dubai to build a prominent commercial practice representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. 

EXPERIENCE

Throughout the hardworking years, he was able to gain immense experience in Egypt and United Arab Emirates Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law, Bankruptcy Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Family Law, Litigation & Arbitration, Mergers & Acquisitions, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Oil & Gas Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Immigration, Licenses and Real Estate.

He has considerable experience in the formation of companies, advising on shareholder agreements, as well as compliance issues, and he has considerable experience in the FMCG Companies, the public joint share holder companies, and the corporate governance.

He has experience as an in-house counsel and head of a legal department within a well-known international company, local FMCG company, and public joint share holder company (PJSC).
